We think in retainers, not leads

When we're only compensated on signed cases, every creative decision, every qualification threshold, every intake checkpoint is built for one outcome: cases that close. That's just how the business is set up.

We treat fraud as an engineering problem, not a policy problem

Most agencies have a policy against recycled leads. We have a system that eliminates them before they enter the pipeline. Our intake architecture was built because we ran enough campaigns to understand exactly where fraud enters, and we built checkpoints at each of those points.

We're selective about who we work with

We don't work with every firm that wants to run a campaign. We work with firms that have the intake infrastructure to handle qualified volume, are ready to make decisions based on real data. If that's not where you are, we'll say so before we take your money.

We tell clients things they don't want to hear

If intake is leaking cases you've already paid for, we'll show you. If a campaign isn't performing, we'll tell you as soon as we have concerns about its direction. If the problem is on your side of the pipeline, we'll say it directly.
