The Model
How exactly does cost-per-signed-case work?

We charge a flat fee for each signed retainer we generate — agreed upon before the campaign launches, specific to your tort and practice area. You don't pay for leads, impressions, form fills, or claimants who don't convert. You pay when a case signs. Our revenue depends entirely on your cases actually closing — which is why we build every campaign the way we do.
What does pricing actually look like?

We don't publish a rate card because the cost-per-signed-case varies by tort type, claimant eligibility criteria, campaign scale, and intake infrastructure. Our model is more expensive per case than cheap CPL vendors, and dramatically less expensive per signed retainer than firms that pay CPL and then lose 60–80% of leads before intake closes them.
How quickly do campaigns launch?

For established torts we've run before, campaigns can be live within 7–10 business days of completing onboarding. For new or emerging torts, we typically need 2–3 weeks to build the creative, qualification criteria, and intake flow specific to the case type.

How long before we see signed cases?

For mass tort campaigns, most clients start seeing signed cases within 5–7 days of launch. We set clear expectations in the strategy session based on your specific tort, budget, and intake capacity.
What results can we realistically expect?

The most consistent results: a significant reduction in cost-per-signed-case, intake teams that are more productive (because they're working qualified leads), and clear case-origin reporting. We won't give you a guarantee — this is advertising, not a vending machine — but we can show you what our track record looks like in your specific vertical.
